Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes of January 6, 2000
Joint Meeting with Executive Secretary Search Committee
Present: Selectmen Judy Murdoch, Cathy Kuchinski, Stephanie McSweeney and Peter Jones. Search Committee Members, Chief Russell King, Kathy Marini and Roger McGovern
7:35 p.m. Vice-Chairman Murdoch called the posted joint meeting to order.
The purpose of the meeting was to receive the information gathered by search committee members regarding the four candidates for the position of Executive Secretary to the Board of Selectmen.
The short discussion concluded that the absence of a selectmen and a search committee member would necessitate a continuation of this meeting until 7:30 p.m. tomorrow evening. (Friday, January 7, 2000).
MOTION by Peter Jones, second by Stephanie McSweeney to continue this meeting until 1/7/2000 at 7:30 p.m. due to the absence of Chairman. Voted 4 - 0.
MOTION by Roger McGovern, second by Kathy Marini to continue the meeting until 1/7/2000. Voted 3 - 0.
Meeting continued at 7:40 p.m.
